Robin Connelly

Robin Connelly was born in Liverpool in 1970. He studied fine art at the Nelson and Menia Centre, north Wales, in 1987 and art history in Venice, Florence, Sienna and Padua in 1988. He studied sculpture at Central St Martin's, London (1989-92), and in 1991 learnt basic chainsaw use and maintenance at Cheshire School of Agriculture.

An artist at the dawn of his career, Connelly has exhibited regularly since 1988. He has taught pottery and casting at the Porthmadog Pottery in north Wales, and has received commissions for stained glass and wood sculpture. In 1992 he was ...
